Saul Berkowitz is a senior executive with over 45 years of experience as a partner in one of the five largest CPA firms in the United States. In his role as an audit partner in the firm he was a valued business advisor to his clients, guiding them through complex transactions in mergers and acquisitions, public and private fund raises and budgeting and forecasting their business operations. He currently serves as a board member of several privately owned companies providing them with independent and objective business advice with respect to their business operations and the financing thereof.
His industry experience includes retail and wholesale consumer products, real estate and manufacturing. He has significant relationships with the lending institutions that finance middle market companies. He has an excellent reputation in the business community with respect to the guidance and advice he provides to his clients.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the boards of several charitable organizations in addition to his business activities.

Mr. Lefkon has broad domestic and international business experience in senior operational and financial management, controllership and treasury functions. He has served entrepreneurial, middle-market and Fortune 50 companies in manufacturing, financial services, professional services, petroleum, transportation, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Lefkon has served as CFO of two publicly-traded companies. He has extensive experience in managing through severe financial challenges, acquisitions and divestitures, systems implementations, vendor and customer contract negotiations, and debt and equity financings.
Mr. Lefkon holds an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School and a BS from the University of Chicago, and is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPA’s.

Richard Stewart is a senior executive with more than forty years of operational experience that has been used to service organizations ranging from financial services, to start-up companies, to real estate, to not-for-profit entities, to large multinationals attempting to manage the challenges of rapid growth, the need to restructure, re-enervate and/or reinvent, or “repot”, themselves strategically. This experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, including financial, real estate, technology, manufacturing, and service, and is buttressed by extensive public and private board experience.
He has served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors and trustee boards, including NASA’s Center for Technology Commercialization, the Greater New York March of Dimes, and the Graham Windham Foundation. Experience includes: Initial Public Offering, mergers and acquisitions analysis and evaluation, raising of venture capital, and debt restructuring. He also has extensive experience in turnaround situations including Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Thompson is accustomed to working as a “hands on” executive in challenging situations.
Industry experience includes manufacturing, retail automotive, service, technology and internet. In addition to an MBA degree from Rutgers University and a BA degree from Monmouth University, Mr. Thompson also earned the Certified Turnaround Professional designation from the Turnaround Management Association for his work in restructuring troubled companies.
