Saul Berkowitz is a senior executive with over 45 years of experience as a partner in one of the five largest CPA firms in the United States. In his role as an audit partner in the firm he was a valued business advisor to his clients, guiding them through complex transactions in mergers and acquisitions, public and private fund raises and budgeting and forecasting their business operations. He currently serves as a board member of several privately owned companies providing them with independent and objective business advice with respect to their business operations and the financing thereof.
His industry experience includes retail and wholesale consumer products, real estate and manufacturing. He has significant relationships with the lending institutions that finance middle market companies. He has an excellent reputation in the business community with respect to the guidance and advice he provides to his clients.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the boards of several charitable organizations in addition to his business activities.

Mr. Lefkon has broad domestic and international business experience in senior operational and financial management, controllership and treasury functions. He has served entrepreneurial, middle-market and Fortune 50 companies in manufacturing, financial services, professional services, petroleum, transportation, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Lefkon has served as CFO of two publicly-traded companies. He has extensive experience in managing through severe financial challenges, acquisitions and divestitures, systems implementations, vendor and customer contract negotiations, and debt and equity financings.
Mr. Lefkon holds an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School and a BS from the University of Chicago, and is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPA’s.

Senior financial management and operating executive with extensive experience in many industries, both public and private. Experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, and raising debt and equity. He has been Chief Financial Officer of public companies operating in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, and is an accredited expert in the bankruptcy system. He also has extensive experience with companies that are troubled or suffering from internal and external causes. Mr. Timpson strives to achieve success through the existing staff and resources. He has worked as CFO, COO, and CEO.
Industry experience includes manufacturing, fashion, building materials, professional service firms, food, and technology. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from George Washington University.

Terry Turner is a senior executive with more than 37 years of experience as a partner in one of the five largest CPA firms in the United States. As an assurance partner, he served clients in numerous industries including construction, staffing agencies, restaurant and hospitality, travel and distributors. Mr. Turner has represented many high-end white table cloth restaurants, high-end bars, fast food chains, major electrical contractors, leading travel agencies and a variety of other businesses throughout his career. He has advised clients’ owners and senior managers on various business and operational issues particular to their industries including reviews of internal control procedures, best practices and tax and related matters. He has provided guidance in planning equity and debt raises, and due diligence on acquisitions; he is skilled in SEC filings and reporting requirements. He has extensive experience with start-up companies, to whom he has provided strategic business counsel, as well as expertise in arranging for adequate financing.
Mr. Turner holds a BS degree from Brooklyn College, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPA’s. He has served on a number of NYSSCPA committees including the Professional Ethics Committee, the Hospitality and Restaurant Committee, the Construction Committee, and the CFO Committee. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
